Order Processing
In-stock items are quality-checked and dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation (business days, GMT+8). Orders containing custom printing are dispatched within 3–5 business days after artwork approval.
Shipping Methods & Times
Standard tracked: 7–14 business days, $12.90 — free on orders over $199.
Express courier: 3–6 business days, $34.90, with priority handling and end-to-end tracking.
Delivery times exclude customs processing and may vary during peak season.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is $12.90 worldwide. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $199 or more ship free via standard tracked delivery. Express shipping is $34.90 regardless of order value.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes set by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient — we cannot control or prepay them. If you are unsure, check your local customs rules before ordering.
Returns & Exchanges — All Sales Are Final

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement — that is our quality promise.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Every order ships with end-to-end tracking. If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and reship or refund confirmed losses.
